Adventures Trip to Himalayas’ – Expectations From Travel Agencies Vs Realty
When we think about Himalayas first thing comes in our mind is snow and high peak mountain. There are 15 highest mountains in the world which comes in the range of Himalayas. A year ago, I and my friends decided to do something adventurous and one of our friends suggested going for trekking and for that the most suitable place came in our mind was Himalayas’. As we all know planning for a trip to Himalayas can be very rigrous and dangerous too so that’s why while planning this trip safety was our first concern. So we started searching for the travel agencies who ensures safety for these kind of trips, our search ended up when we found Experience Travel & Living Agency which is very famous for planning these kind of trips and ensures safety. They planned our whole trip and after a week the day came when we departed from Delhi for our memorable trip to Himalayas’. It took 3 days to reach there; we were there after 3 days in the evening and checked in to a hotel to stay for a night. Next morning we were ready to go for trekking. We performed many activities such as camping, bonfire, chairlift, skiing. We also visited the best trekking routes are there in Indian Himalayas like a peak declared as trekking peak – Stok Kangri with an altitude of 6153 meters. It was really adventurous and entertaining; it helped me to get off my fear as I was Acrophobic before this trip and now it’s gone completely.
Himalaya is famous for there different type of plant and trees like Oke, Pine and firect. We have also seen the source of five famous river which are originated from Himalayas’ that scene was amazing, also took ride on Yak for the first time. Yak is used for travelling on the mountains. The morning looks stunning when the sun rises it looks like sun is playing hide-n-seek with mountains and the color of snows becomes orange and the sunsets are really astonishing. We enjoyed snow fall, made snow man and played with snow balls.
This trip was really very joyful, memorable and adventurous too. Our travel guide was very helpful and amusing, helped us in many things, told a lot about the Himalayas and took us for many different activities of which we were unaware earlier. His jokes and humorous talks made this trip more joyous. He had shown many trees and plants which are only available on Himalayas’ and used to prepare medicine. The trip was outstanding, entertaining, memorable and much more than what we expected. I can say that yes we hired the best Travel Agency and Destination Management Company in India to plan our trip to Himalayas’
